Dahahaha.
So what happens when I am given a pack of 15 (not 14 or 16) cabs to use as eyeballs and a pack of "cor... plastic"* trinkets?

I come up with an excuse to use two of them in one sculpt

This NAUGHTY little dragon is NOT willing to part with his hoard (which consists only of one large blue-ish sorta-gem that he probably stole from some poor lower-middle-class grandma's jewelry box...)

He's so possessive of the gem that he'd rather eat it than have you so much as look at it. XD

This chibi captures a tiny metallic russet dragon as he's stuffing his gem into his huge mouth. The look of pain on his face is palpable - one eye squinting and one ear up in surprise, rather like he's just heard a tooth crack... oh dear ;___;

He is sculpted from polymer clay and was baked with the "gem" (which is actually made of plastic) in his hands and mouth, which gave the gem a little crackly look once it came out of the oven. In another sculpture this might have bothered me, but since this little guy is trying to chew it to hide it, I really liked the way it turned out

He's painted with a black base, with russet PearlEx powder glazed over top. His inner ears, wings, and toenails are pearl PearlEx. His horns and spikes are glittery, and his open eye is that Last Cabochon. Triple-glazed to keep the shininess up!
