Some dragons hoard gold, jewels, the usual shiny but useless mess.
Little Jingles has a (very slightly) more refined taste. If it shines and makes noise, it's treasure.
His neighbors would reeeeally rather he'd take up some normal collections, though. There's nothing more annoying than being woken up at 2 AM to heavy brass... er... jingly bells.
Polymer clay, baked, painted, and glazed - he's holding one red bell, has another one curled in his tail, and is wearing two inside his ears like little... jingly... bellmuffs.
