really cute and lovely tutorial ^^
i would really use it...especially the colouring tips...we dont have shrinky-dinky paper here but it's named diffirent and works the same ^^
so that will be no prob

Thanks for the tutorial! I'v been thinking that how do you do those, but now i know. If i can find those things in our artshop, im gonna buy them and try! That looks so interesting. 8D

I really couldn't guess. I've had so many of these things for years, like the Prismacolors (probably the main cost). You really don't want to skimp on the colored pencils though - cheap colored pencils will end up looking, well, cheap. They don't go on as smoothly.
